Bobby Locker is a Criminal Law Accredited Specialist with the Law Society of New South Wales. His work in completing this accreditation was in fact recognised by the Law Society of New South Wales “as one of the top responses” and was asked to be used as an example for prospective candidates.
What is an Accredited Specialist?
In the legal profession, an accredited specialist is a Solicitor who has demonstrated specialised competency in a particular area of law and has been confirmed Specialist Accreditation by the Law Society under its Specialist Accreditation Scheme.
To gain status as an Accredited Specialist, a solicitor must past the Law Society's rigorous assessments in communication, problem solving, client relations and, of course, their specialist area of law.
There are many Solicitors who claim to be "specialists" or "experts" however it is only those who are recognised by the New South Wales Law Society who are entitled to use, after their name, the words "Accredited Specialist" in the nominated area of practice which is identified and recognised by displaying the symbol on this page.
As an Accredited Specialist, Bobby undergoes additional study annually to maintain his special certification so you as a client are always kept up to date with the most recent changes to the law.
